Krillin VS Tien Shinhan (Cell Saga)

Which of the 2 humans was the strongest during the Android/Cell conflict? Most people tend to say Tien, however, the majority of evidence suggests Krillin to be stronger.

Vegeta thought both Krillin and Gohan would be useful against Frieza and Krillin wouldn't be of any use if he wasn't near Ginyu's level yet. An issue of the weekly Jump also states his power level to be 75,000 after his battle with the Ginyu Force and is likely to have increased after being healed by Dende.

At this point Krillin had a huge lead in power compared to Tien. After he finished his training with Kaio-Sama I don't see him being any higher than around 70,000.

The next bit of evidence is Yamcha's statement to Marron in the Buu Saga when Krillin is about to fight Pintar.

Many people try and counter this by saying "he was just trying to cheer Marron up" but there would be no reason to say Krillin was the strongest human if Yamcha wasn't sure of it. Yamcha had also never seen Tien since the Cell Games so he was comparing Krillin's power from the Android Saga to Tien's.

One argument about Tien being stronger is "he was still standing against the Cell Junior when Gohan went SS2 while Krillin was on the ground" but this dosen't mean anything. Goku was also lying on the ground like Krillin and Yamcha and saying that a tired Super Saiyan Goku is weaker than Tien is just ridiculous.
